Wall panels:  50mm ROCK WOOL panels, with groove and bulge, easy for assembling. A steel frame inside for hanging painting work. Double face 0.6mm

Roof panels:  Made by 0.8mm galvanized steel plates.

Intake and Exhaust System:  Fan cabinets frame structure : Square steel tubes frame with powder treatment cover steel plates.
  Air intake : Adopt 1set 7.5Kw turbine fan, direct driving - 25000m3/h.
  Air exhaust : Adopt 1set 7.5Kw turbine fan, direct driving - 25000m3/h.

Filtering System: 

Air intake entrance filter : Blue filter frame in the air intake entrance, Can capture granules bigger than 10μm.
  Ceiling filter : Installed high efficient filter blocks. Can capture granules bigger than 4μm.
  Floor paint stop filter : Fiberglass filter
  Exhaust filter : Three layers filter structure. One fiber glass filter mesh and two layers active carbon mesh.

Heating System: Riello G20 Diesel burner with stainless steel 2.0mm SUS304 stainless steel argon arc welding, double layers heat sinks combustion chamber, heating productivity = 180000Kcal, with air damper from spraying to baking cycle.

Max. Temperature: 80℃ Spray & baking phase alternate damper : Pneumatic air damper.

Control system: Turning buttons style. Star-delta start, Main components are Simens and Schneidar brand, with overload, overheat, phase-lacking protections, pressure meter etc. Power switch, Spray switch, baking switch, light switch, Time and temperature set switch, Failure alarm etc.

Lighting system: Top light : 4sets light box per side, 4pcs 16W Philp LED lamps per light box.
Total: 2x4x4=32pcs. Side light : 8sets light box, 4pcs 16W Philips
LED lamp per set, 8x4=32pcs lamps at all. Illuminance : ≥1300Lux
